Ballet
The most important discipline of body and mind, for anyone that wants to dance, Ballet helps develop posture, co-ordination, strength and grace of movement which are essential foundations for strong and beautiful dancers.
At Just Dance we follow the RAD Examination Syllabus up to Grade 8 and including the vocational levels. They are designed to encourage, develop, motivate, support and reward students of all ages and abilities, by allowing them to follow a structured syllabus. Although it is not necessary for students to take exams.
Modern & Tap
Tap involves striking the floor with special shoes to create a rhythmical noise which turns the dancer into their very own individual drumbeat it encourages rhythm, coordination and musicality as well as a strong technique.
Modern is a rhythmic dance class which is influenced by Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary and the children learn technique, rhythm, and style, Our Modern classes are great fun enable students to develop, gain confidence and grow.

Street
Street is a high energy dance style which uses lots of lively & up-tempo music (most likely the latest chart hits). With fun & vibrant routines Street is not just one dance style, it is many!
Street classes are split into three sections, a warm up and flexibility section an aerobic exercise section using street and hip hop moves then a choreographed dance section.
Great exercise and fantastic fun!
Contemporary
Contemporary is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. It has its own unique technique and is fantastic for developing imagination skills, fitness, co-ordination, balance, story telling through dance and the expression of emotion through dance.
